Logitech Declines in Pre-Market Trading After Announcing Delay in Annual Report

Logitech International SA (LOGI) was down in early trading after announcing a delay in a regulatory filing. The maker of computer devices said the filing of its annual report will be delayed past May 30, the deadline set by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Logitech said its audit committee is reviewing previous financial statements, which are also subject to a formal investigation by the SEC. Logitech will continue to devote the resources necessary to complete its Fiscal Year 2014 Form 10-K and file as soon as possible, according to a company statement. Logitech declined 4.4% in pre-market trading to $12.24 a share. It reached a three-year high of $16.88 during regular trading on March 6.
