Shares of NTELOS Holdings (NTLS) are up 14% mid-morning Thursday after Sprint (S) and NTELOS have agreed to expand their strategic network partnership through 2022, where NTELOS will continue to serve as the exclusive network provider for Sprint. The network covers approximately 2.1 million people in West Virginia and the western part of Virginia. Additionally, Sprint customers will gain access to NTELOS's 4G LTE network, and in exchange, it will have access to Sprint's 800 MHz, 1.9 GHz and 2.5 GHz spectrum throughout the territory. NTELOS last traded at $13.74 with a 52-week range of $11.20 to $23.03. Sprint (S) is down more than 1% at $8.98 with a 52-week range of $5.15 to $11.47.
