Just after lessors SMBC Aviation ordered 115 Airbus jets BOC Aviation have their biggest order in its 20 year history by ordering 80 Boeing medium passenger plane.

The increase demands and profits at the aviation sector encouraged the leasing firms to invest more on this sector as there are high demands from the airlines.

The delivery of 80 aircraft which includes 50 Boeing 737 Max 8 planes along with 30 Next Generation 737-800 aircraft has been ordered by the Singapore based BOC aviation where the deliveries of the planes will be starting from 2016 to 2021.

According to Boeing BOC aviation also the order of two 777-300ER wide body planes which cost $8.8 billion while SMBC another aviation firm ordered for Airbus which worth $11.8 billion and it has been informed that the buyers of the planes did get a discount on its listed price of aircrafts from the companies.

According to BOC aviation this aircraft purchase is to boost its business for the next seven years where the firm already received 251 aircraft till June 30 through various deals.

Meanwhile the CEO and the managing director of BOC aviation Robert Martin said, Following the successful placement of the 50 Next Generation 737 aircraft that we ordered in 2006, this is a continuation of our commitment to be responsive to airline customers which are expanding or replacing older fleets.

According to the sale forecast of Boeing they already has the order of 39 percent of global aircraft sales which is worth $5.2 trillion while the total order from the Asia Pacific region worth $2 trillion in the next 20 years where the Asia Pacific region is one of the leading are in the booming aviation sector.
