The recent allegations by Al Gore and Joel Hyatt over their sale of TV channel back in 2013 where the TV broadcaster Al Jazeera have denied the allegations which was made of breaching the contract and fraud recently.
According to the former vice president along with his partner who filled a lawsuit against the famous TV channel Al Jazeera that they owned ten million dollars from the TV channel.
According to a statement from Al Jazeera it said, Rather than indemnifying Al Jazeera as they were required to do, Gore and Hyatt have resorted to a pre emptive lawsuit and lawyer-driven public relations manoeuvres.
David Boies, the attorney representing Gore and Hyatt, said last week the group asked the court to order Al Jazeera America to stop wrongfully withholding the escrow funds that belong to Current's former shareholders.
According to the attorney David Boies who is representing Gore and Hyatt informed that they have asked the court to give the order to Al Jazeera America, stop wrongfully withholding the escrow funds that belong to Current's former shareholders.
And according to Al Jazeera they informed that the money which was in the fund was kept to cover AL Jazeera and the claims from are much more than the original amount.
Meanwhile Boies said that if AL Jazeera thinks this is just a simple disagreement then the channel should allow its client to made the whole complain public.
