Man arrested for the death of his 7-month-old baby: Corpse found in river

James Currie, the father of the 7-month-old baby was held in the Thai airport on Wednesday and is said to be brought back to the Big Apple for the case of hiding the corpse of his baby in the East River in Manhattan, said the Detective Chief Dermot Shea.

Both the father and mother of the child are living in separate flats in the Bronx apartment but weren’t married having a baby. Reports confirm that the baby was taken by James at Saturday 12.30 pm from the mother and later he is seen in the surveillance camera taking the baby to his home in Co-op city. While on Sunday, the father was seen wearing a bag in his front covered by a blanket and walking through the street.

The baby was found dead in the East river by 4 pm on Sunday where James Currie was seen leaving that place about an hour before the body was found. He catched the flight to Bangkok in JFK Airport on Monday afternoon and later, police got a complaint from the mother of the baby through 911. The Police detective said that James landed in Bangkok, but haven’t been moved from the airport and will be sent back to the custody and investigations will be carried out. The mother of the baby was broken after this incident which is hard for anyone to move on.
