Heavy earthquake in Tokyo Japan today 5.8 Magnitude

Western part of Japan has been flooded due to torrential rain and rescue operations are in full swing amidst the continuing heavy downpour. Still, Japan has not completely relieved from the disaster but the recent news created a high alert among the Japanese as the country is facing an yet another blow without any breathing space.

According to the recent reports from Japan Meteorological Agency, Heavy Earthquake occurred in Japan and the capital city Tokyo has recorded about 5.8 magnitude in the Japanese seismic intensity scale with an epicentre at 50 km deep off the East Coast of Chiba Prefecture at around 8:20 pm. But, no severe damage has been reported until now. No tsunami warning has been issued.
