Smart Phone Users are Advised to follow 60x60x60 rule

Smartphone radiation affects the eyes, brain, heart, kidney, lungs, stomach etc.  It also affects human reproduction.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or excess pressure in the nerve of the wrist, elbow pain, road accidents are some of the negative effects of using a smart phone. The repetitive use of Smart Phones can cause strain injury to wrist and elbow joint, as well as the finger joints.  This causes stiffness in the finger after prolonged use of this phone.  Even college students carry them in their pockets but they are not aware that they affect the reproductive system.

Smart Phone can lead to eye strain, dry eyes, (due to lack of blinking of eyes), blurry vision, headache, mental strain, fatigue, giddiness, improper sleep, change in food timings, back pain, lack of concentration in studies, memory, lack of interest in studies, loss of appetite, lethargy, tiredness and mental stress.

Follow the 60x 60 x 60 rule, which means take a 60-second break every 60 minutes and look at something 60 feet away, maybe some green trees or green grassy land, moon or a star at the night time with good air circulation in the terrace or in the window side.
