In a lonely house located in Newbawn area of Wexford, a county town in Ireland illegal drugs were found by Customs officers with the help of Customs Dog Unit and seized the drugs which are worth of €20,000.

A 23-year-old man was arrested by the state police force of the Republic of Ireland (Gardai) for having connected with the smuggling and storage of those drugs in the house under the drug trafficking provisions of section 2 of the Criminal Justice.

Later the man was released after initial investigations by the Gardai and legal documents are being filed for the reference of Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). The Government of Ireland is working hard to control the drug trafficking in Ireland while recently, the Gardai have seized 130 kilos of cocaine worth €10 million in Costa Rica.
