Oscar Nominee Djimon Hounsou Joins Upcoming Charlie’s Angels: Reboot film Cast Gets Bigger

Sony’s upcoming reboot of the 2000’s blockbuster film Charlie’s Angels is getting bigger day by day with the addition of the star cast. The reboot is directed by Elizabeth Banks and the lead roles are played by Kirsten Stewart, Naomi Scott, Ella Balinska and Luis Gerardo Mendez as The Saint.

Latest addition to the big cast of the film is the one time Oscar nominee and an acclaimed actor Djimon Hounsou who is set to play the role of Bosley. The film is co-produced and released by Colombia Pictures while the shooting of the film is yet to start after the principle photography happening now.

Almost two-decade-old stylish action comedy film was a huge success though getting mixed response from the critics. Trusting on the film’s box office, reboots have increased nowadays, which aren’t getting the taste of success is a notable one. The original film was directed by McG and starred the pretty lads Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, Drew Barrymore. The upcoming reboot is planned to release by September 27, 2019, exactly a year from now.
