It’s been quite a sensational run for the musical romance drama A Star is Born starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, directed by the actor himself for the first time. The movie is critically praised over the top and is a top contender for Oscar as said so many times in the past. Apart from its critical success, the film is also having a blockbuster outing at the box office with high numbers for a romantic film.

A Star is Born crossed the century mark, collecting $101 million in 12 days after its release in the domestic box office. The film is much hyped for its adaptation of the original film and being a debut directorial for the star actor. Lady Gaga added more star value to the film which is also watched for her musical contribution in the film along with a pleasing performance.

The coming weekend will see a tough competition between the superhero film Venom and A Star is Born in the domestic box office. Halloween film is set to take the number: 1 spot for its first weekend releasing tomorrow with a possible $70+ million figure. The fight for the second spot will be between the previously said films projected to collect around $20 million in their third weekend.
